Rules and limitations associated with the Great Finsure App, which users must agree to before proceeding.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Great Finsure (the "App"), including all its features, services, and content offered. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

Great Fintech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. allows you to :
- Recharge.
- Pay Postpaid Bills.
- Pay Utility Bills.

No money wallet is used hence you can not add money, you can only avail the services.

  1. Services Provided Great Finsure offers the following services:
    • Loans: Personal loans, credit products, and financing options available through the App.
    • Insurance: Access to a range of insurance products including health, life, and vehicle insurance.
    • Credit Cards: Application and approval for credit cards.
    • Bill Payments: Ability to pay utility bills, mobile recharges, and other recurring payments.
  2. Eligibility To use the services provided by Great Finsure, you must:
    • Be at least 18 years old.
    • Be a resident of India.
    • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and while applying for services.
    • You must also comply with all relevant laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
  3. Account Registration
    • You are required to create an account to access the services. During registration, you will provide personal information, including but not limited to your name, contact details, and financial information.
    • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  4. Loan Services
    • Eligibility for Loans: Loan eligibility is determined based on factors such as your credit score, income, and other financial information.
    • Loan Terms: The specific terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and fees for loans will be provided to you upon approval.
    • Repayment: Loan repayments must be made in accordance with the terms set out in the loan agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in late fees and damage to your credit score.
  5. Insurance Services
    • Insurance products available through the App are provided by third-party insurance providers. You must review and agree to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider before purchasing.
    • Great Finsure does not guarantee the coverage or any claims associated with the insurance policies.
  6. Credit Card Services
    • Application Process: You can apply for a credit card through the App. Your application will be subject to credit approval by the issuing bank or financial institution.
    • Terms of Use: Credit card terms, including limits, interest rates, and fees, will be provided by the issuing entity. You are responsible for adhering to the terms of use set by the credit card provider.
  7. Recharge & Bill Payments
    • Bill payments through the App are processed through third-party service providers.
    • You are responsible for ensuring that bill payment details are accurate. Great Finsure is not liable for any delays or errors in processing payments.
  8. Fees and Charges
    • Some services offered via the App may involve fees, including but not limited to loan processing fees, transaction fees, and late payment fees. All applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you proceed with any transaction.
    • You authorize us to deduct fees directly from your account or payment method as applicable.
  9. Privacy and Data Protection
    • By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal and financial data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your data will be handled securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
    • We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee complete security.
  10. Use of the App
    • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
    • You shall not use the App to:

    • The App and its contents, including text, images, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of Great Finsure or its licensors.
    • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without our express written permission.
  13. Amendments to the Terms
    • Great Finsure reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
  14. Termination
    • We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity.
    • You may also terminate your account at any time by notifying us, but this will not affect any pending transactions or obligations.
  15. Limitation of Liability
    • Great Finsure is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or errors.
    • We are not responsible for any delays or failures in service caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages or technical issues.
  16. Dispute Resolution
    • Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through arbitration, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of [Location/Country] for arbitration proceedings.
