Refund Policy

Great Fintech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Great FinSure”, “we”, “our”, “us”) acts solely as a financial marketplace/aggregator, enabling users to compare loans, credit cards, and insurance products offered by third-party Banks, NBFCs, and Insurers. We do not directly provide any financial product or paid subscription that would typically require a refund. However, this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations or refunds (if any) may apply to optional paid services offered on our platform in the future.
  1. No Refunds for Financial Products
Since the actual products (loans, credit cards, insurance) are provided by third-party institutions, Great FinSure:
  • Does not collect payments for any loan, credit card, or insurance policy
  • Does not charge upfront fees for applications
  • Does not offer refunds related to approvals, processing, rejections, or delays
All payments (if any) related to insurance premium, processing fees, or charges are directly handled by the respective Bank/NBFC/Insurer. Refunds for these must be requested from the concerned institution as per their internal policy.
  1. Refunds for Digital/Consulting Services (If Applicable)
If Great FinSure offers any value-added paid services such as:
  • Advisory/consulting
  • Financial reports
  • Premium assistance
  • Document-related support
  • Digital tools
then the following applies:
  1. a) Cancellation Before Delivery
If the service has not yet been delivered, you may request cancellation, and a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  1. b) Cancellation After Delivery
If the service has already been delivered:
  • No refund will be applicable
  • Partial refunds may be considered only in rare cases of service failure
  1. Incorrect Charges or Duplicate Payments
If any accidental/double payment occurs on the platform, we will process a refund upon verification within 7–10 business days.

All approved refunds will be processed via:
  • The original payment method, or
  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
